Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

好色先生TV? strives at all times to respect the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. We are dedicated to fostering a community that welcomes and is responsive to the needs of those with disabilities. This is evidenced through our practice of ensuring 好色先生TV policies, processes and practices are regularly monitored, reviewed and implemented to meet the goals and objectives outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan outlines our approach to establish accessibility for persons with disabilities.

1. Establishment of accessibility policies

We are committed to implementing and maintaining policies that govern how the organization achieves accessibility through meeting requirements outlined in the applicable AODA regulations.

2. Training

We will ensure training is provided on the accessibility standards referred to in the applicable AODA regulations and on the Human Rights Code as it pertains to persons with disabilities. We will keep a record of the training provided under this section as outlined by the regulations.

3. Accessible formats and communication supports

Upon request, we will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities. We are committed to consulting the person making the request in determining the suitability of an accessible format or communication support.

4. Feedback and notice of availability of documents

We are dedicated to establishing a process for receiving and responding to feedback and that the processes be accessible to persons with disabilities by arranging for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports, upon request. Customers may provide feedback on the way 好色先生TV provides goods and services to people with disabilities by contacting cx@opentext.com. Documents required by the AODA Customer Service Standard are available upon request. In addition, we will notify the public about the availability of accessible formats and communication supports.

5. Accessible websites and web content

We will ensure our internet and intranet websites and web content conform with the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level A.

We are further committed to ensuring all internet websites and web content will conform with WCAG 2.0 Level AA, other than success criteria 1.2.4 Captions (Live) and success criteria 1.2.5 Audio Descriptions (Pre-recorded).

6. Recruitment, assessment, and selection process

We will notify job applicants when they are selected to participate in an assessment that accommodations are available upon request in relation to the materials or processes being used. If the selected applicant requests an accommodation, we will consult with the applicant and arrange for the provision of a suitable accommodation.

7. Notice to successful applicants

When making offers of employment, we will notify the successful applicant of our policies for accommodating employees with disabilities.

8. Informing employees of supports

We are committed to informing our employees of our policies used to support employees with disabilities. We will provide required information to new employees as soon as practically possible after they begin their employment.

9. Workplace emergency response information

As an organization, we will provide individualized workplace emergency response information to employees who have a disability if we are aware of the need for accommodation. We will review the individualized workplace emergency response information if the employee moves to a new location, if the overall accommodation needs are reviewed or when 好色先生TV reviews its general emergency response policies.

10. Documented individual accommodation plans

We will have in place a written process for the development of documented individual accommodation plans for employees with disabilities. The documents will comply with all elements listed in the applicable AODA regulations.

11. Return-to-work process

好色先生TV will develop and have in place a return-to-work process for its employees who have been absent from work due to a disability and require disability-related accommodations in order to return to work. The return to work process will outline the steps we will take to facilitate the return to work of employees who are absent because their disability required them to be away from work.

12. Performance management

好色先生TV will take into account the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities when using our performance management process.

13. Career development and advancement

As an organization that provides career development and advancement to its employees, we will take into account the accessibility needs of our employees with disabilities as well as any individual accommodation plans when providing career development and advancement to our employees with disabilities.
